Collaborative Innovation Powers Green Aviation Breakthrough
--GRGTEST Supports China's First Four-Seat Electric Aircraft RX4E in Securing Airworthiness Certification

The RX4E Ruixiang four-seat electric aircraft, independently developed by Liaoning General Aviation Academy, has recently obtained the Type Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), marking a milestone as China's first certified normal-category pure electric aircraft and a significant technological breakthrough in new-energy aviation. As a full-chain technical partner, GRGTEST provided comprehensive metrological testing support throughout the airworthiness certification process, leveraging its expertise in aviation inspection to accelerate the high-quality development of China's electric aviation industry.

Designed in full compliance with CAAC's CCAR-23 airworthiness regulations, the RX4E features a high-efficiency electric propulsion system with zero emissions, low noise, high energy efficiency, and cost-effective operation. It is poised to serve diverse applications including short-haul transport, pilot training, aerial tourism, and surveying, offering innovative solutions for sustainable aviation. This certification not only fills a domestic gap in electric aircraft development but also demonstrates China's commitment to global green aviation transformation.

During the five-year airworthiness verification process, GRGTEST's technical team played a pivotal role: designing customized test platforms and multi-dimensional evaluation protocols tailored to electric aircraft characteristics, accurately simulating performance under complex operating conditions and environmental stress. The team facilitated pre-test readiness reviews, manufacturing conformity inspections, and authority-witnessed tests, overcoming challenges such as tight schedules and stringent standards, thereby ensuring the timely completion of certification tasks.

A GRGTEST representative stated, "The RX4E's successful certification exemplifies government-enterprise collaboration. We will deepen partnerships across the aviation industry chain to build an integrated technical service ecosystem covering R&D, testing, and certification, empowering China's aviation sector to lead in green technology innovation."
