Service Background

 

Some materials that are prone to moisture absorption, such as printed circuit boards, plastic extruded parts, packaging components, etc., will absorb moisture directly proportional to the pressure and time of exposure to water vapor. When the material absorbs too much moisture, it can cause expansion, pollution, and short circuits, and even damage the function of the product. For example, it can cause leakage current and product failure in some sensitive circuits. Some chemical residues can even cause severe corrosion of the circuit board or oxidation of the metal surface due to water vapor. In some cases, dendritic filaments may also form between adjacent lines due to electron migration effects caused by water vapor and voltage differences, leading to product system instability and other issues.
