Government-Enterprise-Research Collaboration Drives High-Quality Development of Semiconductor Industry
--GRGTEST Conducts Special Research in Chizhou Semiconductor Industrial Park
To boost the construction of semiconductor industrial clusters, GRGTEST recently organized an expert team to conduct industrial research and technical exchanges in Chizhou Semiconductor Industrial Park. Focusing on core demands across the semiconductor industrial chain, this initiative established a three-dimensional service system encompassing technical guidance, resource sharing, and policy coordination, effectively addressing quality technology bottlenecks for enterprises and injecting new momentum for regional semiconductor industry development.

At the tripartite symposium, the industrial park management committee emphasized: "The semiconductor industry serves as the strategic cornerstone for Chizhou to build a 100-billion-level 'chip' industrial cluster. The committee will strengthen its bridging role, integrating professional resources to provide enterprises with full-chain technical support covering metrological verification, inspection & testing, and standard R&D." Addressing quality control challenges in chip manufacturing and packaging processes, GRGTEST technical team conducted in-depth discussions with 12 key enterprises, resolving testing difficulties and reaching preliminary cooperation agreements on joint R&D projects.
GRGTEST demonstrated cutting-edge technical capabilities including semiconductor material analysis, IC reliability testing, and component localization verification. The institution plans to collaborate with Chizhou Metrology Institute to establish a provincial-level Semiconductor Industry Metrology and Testing Center, while initiating a Semiconductor Metrology Technical Committee. These initiatives aim to build a full-lifecycle technical service platform covering R&D design, production manufacturing, and product certification, providing metrological support for the Yangtze River Delta semiconductor industrial cluster development.
