On February 4, GRGTEST signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Wuhan Jingkaitonghang Satellite Industry Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Tonghang Jian Tou", the asset entity of Wuhan Hannan Airport) to jointly establish a Low-altitude Equipment Testing and Certification Center. The initiative aims to create an integrated "indoor + outdoor" testing and certification platform, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy in Central China and nationwide.
The low-altitude economy was first recognized as a strategic emerging industrial cluster in the "15th Five-Year Plan" proposal, marking its transition from regional exploration to a systematic national strategy and entering a new phase of standardized, high-quality development. This strategic signing represents GRGTEST's proactive response to national initiatives, leveraging the "15th Five-Year Plan" opportunities in low-altitude economy development. During the event, the "Low-altitude Aircraft Testing and Certification Center" was officially inaugurated. Centered on the "Hannan Airport + GRGTEST" model, it will fully integrate Hannan Airport's physical infrastructure resources with GRGTEST's professional technical expertise to establish a comprehensive public service capability covering the entire chain of "R&D prototyping, testing verification, flight trials, and airworthiness services." This initiative will significantly enhance the region's existing testing service ecosystem, reduce R&D and testing costs for low-altitude equipment manufacturers, foster industrial clustering among high-quality enterprises in the low-altitude sector, and provide robust support for the cluster-based development of low-altitude economy in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone and Central China.
