Leave a message

On February 4, GRGTEST signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Wuhan Jingkaitonghang Satellite Industry Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Tonghang Jian Tou", the asset entity of Wuhan Hannan Airport) to jointly establish a Low-altitude Equipment Testing and Certification Center. The initiative aims to create an integrated "indoor + outdoor" testing and certification platform, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy in Central China and nationwide.

The low-altitude economy was first recognized as a strategic emerging industrial cluster in the "15th Five-Year Plan" proposal, marking its transition from regional exploration to a systematic national strategy and entering a new phase of standardized, high-quality development. This strategic signing represents GRGTEST's proactive response to national initiatives, leveraging the "15th Five-Year Plan" opportunities in low-altitude economy development. It signifies the company's commitment to positioning itself in core industrial sectors, integrating into regional development strategies, and strengthening collaboration among industry, academia, research, and testing sectors.

The signing ceremony was attended by Zhou Lei, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Wuhan Chegu Urban Development Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Wuhan Chegu Chengfa Group); Zhao Kelun, Director of GRGTEST Technology Research Institute; Yan Yubing, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of Wuhan Company; and relevant officials from the Aviation Park Office of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. Industry experts, partner enterprises, and client representatives were invited to witness the event and discuss development strategies.

Integration of resource advantages through "indoor + outdoor" approaches

Empowering High-Quality Industrial Development

Wuhan Chegu Chengfa Group is one of the largest state-owned platform enterprises in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. Its subsidiary, Tonghang Construction Investment, has invested in and operates Wuhan Hannan Airport, which boasts comprehensive external test sites, professional runways, and airspace resources. The airport possesses unique advantages in providing end-to-end, multi-scenario testing and flight testing services for low-altitude aircraft.

GRGTEST is a pioneer and leader in reliability technology solutions for aviation equipment and low-altitude aircraft. Addressing the management requirements of "initial airworthiness" and "continuous airworthiness" for low-altitude aircraft, the company has established a comprehensive one-stop technical service capability covering the entire industrial chain-from basic data to system-level and whole-aircraft-level solutions. It provides end-to-end quality control solutions throughout the lifecycle, including standard development, scientific research and development, training and consulting, airworthiness certification, and test certification.

Through this strategic collaboration, both parties will leverage their resource advantages to optimize allocation, focusing on testing, airworthiness certification, and industrial applications for low-altitude equipment such as next-generation eVTOL aircraft and drones. They aim to establish an integrated "indoor + field" testing and certification service platform. Additionally, the partnership will deepen cooperation in key laboratory development, industry standard formulation, research project execution, and talent cultivation, providing professional technical support and comprehensive service guarantees for the high-quality growth of the low-altitude industry.
