On 28 February 2025, the European Chemicals Agency issued three SVHC review substances with the deadline of 14 April 2025. The three substances are intended for the original intended substances. If the three substances pass the review, the SVHC candidate substance list will be increased to 250 items. SVHC business accountability
ECHA emphasizes that enterprises need to follow the requirements of regulations and fulfill the obligations of regulations. If the SVHC substance content in the article exceeds 0.1% (w / w), according to the WFD requirements of the Waste Framework Directive, starting from January 5,2021, enterprises are required to notify the SCIP, and the SCIP notification information will be published on the official website of ECHA.
According to the REACH regulations, if the SVHC substance content exceeds 0.1% (w / w) and the content of the substance in the substance exceeds 1 ton / year, the manufacturer or exporter shall notify the ECHA, and the SVHC substance content exceeds 0.1% (w / w).
