Service Background

Energy storage batteries, due to their application scenarios, often need to be distributed in various extreme environments such as deserts, plateaus, and coastal areas. These variable environments, accompanied by frequent temperature changes and other environmental factors, necessitate a thermal management system to ensure the normal operation of the energy storage system and guarantee the optimal temperature for energy throughput. High temperatures can accelerate internal reaction rates in energy storage batteries, leading to electrolyte side reactions and resulting in reduced capacity and shortened lifespan. Conversely, low temperatures reduce battery activity and usable capacity. Maintaining the energy storage system at an appropriate temperature through a thermal management system can effectively ensure the system's performance and lifespan. Energy storage thermal management testing can assess the cooling/heating performance, heat exchange capacity, and liquid cooling pipe pressure resistance of the thermal management system under high and low temperature environments. It also provides collaborative verification of the control and response capabilities of the energy storage management system and battery management system.
