Service Scope

While vehicle information interaction systems enhance user convenience and entertainment, they also pose risks of malicious attacks; thus, their information security requires special attention. According to GB/T 40856-2021, the hardware, communication protocols and interfaces, operating systems, application software, and data of such systems must meet specific security requirements. Consequently, vehicle manufacturers, component suppliers, software providers, and other enterprises must ensure that their vehicle information interaction systems comply with relevant testing standards throughout the design, development, verification, and production processes.

The in-vehicle information interaction system typically refers to the In-Vehicle Information Interaction System (T-Box), the In-Vehicle Integrated Information Processing System (IVI), or their hybrid variants. Externally, it communicates with external terminals or service platforms such as base stations and keys; internally, it interfaces with in-vehicle electronic systems including network management units and Electronic Control Units (ECUs).

Service Background

The trends toward automotive intelligence, connectivity, electrification, and sharing will profoundly reshape the relationship among humans, vehicles, and their environment. Human-machine interaction design has become a core element in the development and innovation of intelligent connected vehicles. As user demands continue to rise, an increasing number of functions are integrated into automobiles, transforming them from mere transportation tools into platforms that meet users' needs for information, entertainment, office work, and daily life. Furthermore, as gateways to the internet, vehicles now incorporate in-vehicle infotainment systems, intelligent voice interaction systems, and road condition monitoring systems. With intelligent connected vehicles evolving toward greater diversity and complexity, the scientific and rational design of human-machine interaction systems will significantly impact vehicle safety and user convenience.
