2.Domestic enterprise standards, such as "Q/JLY J7110479B-2016 General Technical Requirements for Passenger Vehicle Seats";
3.European and American industry standards, such as "BMW PR 4301-4-2000 Seat Noise";
4.Japanese and Korean industry standards, such as "ES 88000-10-Seats for Vehicles".
Test Items
Non-standard tests include: human body entry/exit seat simulation tests, seat H-point measurement and other basic dimension tests, seat vibration and wobble tests, seat cushion strength tests, seat cushion back frame assembly stiffness tests, seat cushion back spring static pressure tests, seat armrest strength and stiffness tests; non-standard tests such as automotive seat map bag durability; seat riding durability tests; seat headrest insertion/deletion durability tests; seat frame back at 45-degree angle strength durability tests; seat load-bearing slide rail operation durability tests; backrest adjustment operation durability tests; seat height adjustment tests; backrest lumbar support durability tests; VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) testing.
Qualifications
Laboratories in Guangzhou, Wuxi, and Chongqing have obtained CNAS accreditation.
