- Pre testing: It is necessary to conduct pre testing according to all the testing requirements of SRRC. If it fails, it can be rectified in the prediction laboratory;
- Sample delivery: Assist the laboratory in debugging samples and shorten waiting times;
- Exception handling: If any problems are found during testing, communicate with the testing laboratory in a timely manner and assist the customer in resolving the issue;
- Sales Contract Upload: Assist customers in uploading sales contracts and complete all procedures required by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology;
- Proxy application: Assist clients in organizing information (no longer setting up proxy agencies).
