GB 31701-2015 "Technical Specifications for the Safety of Textile Products for Infants and Children"

Test items: Labeling and marking, fiber composition content, full set of GB 18401 tests (pH value, azo dyes, formaldehyde, etc.), colorfastness under wet friction, heavy metals (lead, cadmium), phthalates, combustion performance, accessory dimensions, accessory tensile strength, sharp edges and tips of accessories, and cord requirements.

FZ/T 73025-2019 "Knitted Apparel for Infants and Young Children"

Applies to knitted garments primarily made from knitted fabrics, including undergarments, outerwear, pajamas, one-piece outfits, belly bands, pants, socks, foot covers, hats, gloves, bibs, aprons, scarves, blanket covers, sleeping bags, and bedding.

Test items: appearance quality, usage instructions, intrinsic quality [fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, phthalates, extractable heavy metal content, combustion performance, water wash dimensional change rate, belt tensile strength, colorfastness (resistance to saliva, water, soap washing, sweat stains, friction, and inter-stitch staining), heavy metals, accessories, fillers, pilling, post-wash appearance, moisture permeability rate, residual metal particles, down jacket anti-pilling property];

FZ/T 73045-2013 "Knitted Children's Clothing"

Applies to knitted garments made primarily from knitted fabrics, intended for children aged 3 years (with a height of 100 cm) and above but under 14 years old. It does not apply to knitted cotton garments or knitted down garments.

Test Items: Appearance quality, usage instructions, intrinsic quality [fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, tear strength, dimensional change rate after washing, twist rate after washing, colorfastness (resistance to soap washing, sweat stains, water, friction, light-induced sweating/alkali, and light exposure), printing (stamping), embroidery colorfastness (resistance to soap washing and friction), pilling, moisture permeability rate, interstitch staining degree, appearance quality after washing, wearing safety (child clothing cord and strap safety requirements, residual metal needles)]

GB/T 33271-2016 "Woven Infant and Toddler Clothing"

Applies to infant and toddler garments produced primarily from textile woven fabrics. Products such as hats, gloves, socks, and bibs manufactured mainly from textile woven fabrics may refer to this standard for implementation.

Test items: appearance quality, usage instructions, physicochemical properties [fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, water wash size change rate, front and back color fastness (resistance to soap washing, saliva, sweat stains, water, and friction), belt strength, tensile strength of non-detachable accessories, combustion performance, heavy metal content, extractable heavy metal content, phthalates].

GB/T 31900-2015 "Woven Children's Clothing"

Applies to children's garments manufactured primarily from woven textile fabrics. It does not apply to clothing for infants and young children aged 36 months or younger.
